Seizing the opportunity of the crisis - leading in uncertain times

On October 24, 2025, Dr.-Ing. René W. Scharn, MBA, opened the working meeting at Arnstädter Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH

as an advisor to the Initiative Erfurter Kreuz (IEK).

Under the title "Seizing the opportunity of the crisis - leading in uncertain times", managing directors as well as plant, site and HR managers came together for the interactive Managing Director Workshop 2.0.

The focus was on the question of how leadership can provide orientation in challenging times.

Our meeting offered space for honest reflection, a valuable exchange of experiences and new impetus.

Together with the speakers Martin Horn and Dr. Daniel Bader, we shed light on which tools and action patterns help managers to create stability, clarity and confidence in change processes.
