Pupil Internship at AWM

Do you want to know how machines, tools and special equipment really work? Are you excited about technology and want to find out what these fun and varied careers have to offer? Then gain some practical experience with us! In your student internship, you will gain exciting insights into the everyday routine at a modern company in special machine and tool manufacture.

You will participate actively in work, get to know our processes and try out directly what it's like to collaborate on real projects. You will quickly learn where your strengths are and which careers might be exciting for you. This allows you to test early on which path you want to choose – and whether training with us might be the next step for you.

Student internships with AWM:

Would you like to learn first-hand about working as a design engineer during your studies? At AWM AG, you have the opportunity to participate actively and gain valuable insight into special machine and tool manufacture.

During your internship, you will be directly integrated into the daily processes of our design department. You will collaborate on real projects, develop solutions together with our team and get to know modern CAD programs. This will give you a practical impression of how a finished product is created from an idea, step by step.

In addition, you will observe the structures and processes of a medium-sized company at close hand, and you can specifically pursue your professional interests. In this way you will gain valuable practical experience and create a solid foundation for your future career.

Our focus for internships is in the area of design – but even if you would like to try out a technically oriented course of study such as mechanical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related field and gain practical experience in other departments, feel free to contact us.
